- List of Vendors / Sub contractors in an Excel Sheet
- List of Products prices
- List of taxes applicable both on purchases and sales
- List of customers
- Week II — Set up the initial system for you

Week III — Training your staff
- Training - Identified users should be available for a day without any other work
- Trial Run - Sample processing for 5 Orders
- Identified user should spend about 25% of the time for this

Week IV — Acceptance Tests
- Prepare acceptance test plan
- Continue trial run
- Make Changes if required

Week V to end of 3rd month — Production run
- Start production run
- Make necessary change if required
- Regular Monthly Billing starts

Month IV — Transfer
- Transfer the system as standalone / private cloud depending on the delivery models
